Who processes your data

The data controller is Innovation Minds S.r.l., Corso Arnaldo Lucci 52, 80142 Naples, Italy, VAT no. 09561481210. For any question about your data you can write to info@innovationminds.it or to our certified email address innovationminds@pec.it.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as it is not required for our activity. For any privacy matter you can write to info@innovationminds.it: requests are handled by an internal contact person.

What data we process and why

When you email us. We process the data you send us (name, email address, company and the content of your message) to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your request; if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law for accounting and tax records.

When you browse the site. The servers hosting the site automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser, requested page and the date and time of the request. We use it only to run the site and protect it from abuse and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is kept for short periods, according to the hosting provider's settings.

Visit statistics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Your IP address is anonymised. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page. Who we share data with

We do not sell or give away your data. Only the providers we need to run the site and our email may process it on our behalf, as data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting and delivering the site;
• Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics statistics, only if you have given consent;
• Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365), for email.

Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States. In these cases the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a readable format (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before. To exercise these rights, write to info@innovationminds.it: we reply within one month.

If you believe the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Required data

No data is required to browse the site. If you write to us, we need at least your email address and the content of your request, otherwise we cannot reply.

Changes

We may update this notice if the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
